MONOLIThIC INSULATING JOINTS AND KITS

The monolithic insulating joints and the insulating kits are used for the electrical insulation of a zone that is influenced by the cathodic protection of a pipeline.

MONOLITHIC INSULATING JOINTS Series 150 to 2500

The monolithic insulating joints are welded onto the pipelines.

They are made up of:

• forged parts, and
• insulating parts,
•  and they are assembled and controlled in factory
• (supplied with test certificates).

INSULATING KITS Series 150 to 1500

The insulating kits are mounted between flanges:

Kit AA1 includes:

• one annular packing disk bonded between two sealing gaskets,
• insulating bushes, and
• insulating washers.

Kit AA4 includes:

• insulating kit AA1, and
• associated mounting hardware (bolts or threaded tie-rods, washers and nuts) with material certificate).
